As of May 2024 - For information regarding sale of property, rental property or change of tenant, please contact building@harringtonparknj.gov or call 201-768-2585.

As of April 2024 - As per the NJ Dept. of Consumer Affairs (DCA): All inspections must be requested by emailing inspections@harringtonparknj.gov. The subject line must say: Inspection Request Permit #xxx. Include:

• Property Address
• Type of Inspection

Please note: Plumbing and Electric inspections (rough and/or final) MUST be requested for approval prior to scheduling any Building and Fire inspections.
